WALK WITH ME

I'm an archaeologist with a deep passion for historical and pilgrimage routes. I've worked as a researcher in several universities across Europe and I lead hiking tours in Italy and abroad. I've walked solo more than 6.000 km in Europe and in the Near East and now I'm looking forward to go on my next trip with you.

Walking into History

I collaborate with international tour operators to design and provide you the best hiking trips on historical and pilgrimage routes. From relaxed up to active and aventurous tours, we can design the best experience to walk you through the trails that changed the history of the world.

Camino de Santiago

The French Route (Camino Francés) is the most classical and memorable European hiking trail. If you think it's just something anyone can do, you've never walked it with an archaeologist!

The Trail of Gypsum and Ravines

A beautiful trail stretches from Bologna, the city of first European University with her UNESCO Heritage Porticoes, to Faenza, the World capital of pottery. We cross amazing landscapes unique for their natural characteristics and for the incredible balance with the human presence.

Walking in the Holy Land

The pilgrimage to Jerusalem has been the first one developed in the Christian era. Todays walking in the places where Jesus lived means discovering a very complex land where ancient and contemporary history lest deep marks of contradiction that only a slow pace can help understand.

Via Francigena

The pilgrimage path to Rome. Its Italian section runs from the Gran San Bernardo pass to Rome and south again towards Santa Maria di Leuca and the ports to the Holy Land.

Cammino di Santu Jacu in Sardinia

A trail crosses the wild heart of Sardinia from the North to the South, plunging into the core of the local culture. We will discover hidden Romanesque treasures and unique prehistoric sites, following the traces of the cult of Saint-James  in the island.

French GRs

The French network of Grande Randonnées routes is one of the best maintained of Europe. Some of them coincide with the pilgrimage historical routes towards Santiago de Compostela: the Voie du Puy, the Via Domitia, the Chemin du Piémont Pyrénéen are only some of the routes we can explore together.

Saint Francis Way

Assisi is the center of Italy's spirituality and the path that leads you there is one of the most beautiful of the country. It touches cities full of art masterpieces and crosses the lovely and wild hills of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio.

Magna Via Francigena

From Palermo to Agrigento across the Sicani mountains, discovering the real taste of the Western Sicily.

We will start our walk from the UNESCO Norman sites aiming at the amazing Greek Temples' Valley of Agrigento.

The Regia Trazzera

From Palermo to Noto, walking across the deepest and least touristic heart of Sicily. We will discover the fascination of ancient transhumance trails, amazing Arab baths and massive castles, and the beauty of the Noto Valley with its famous Baroque cities.
